Welcome to Nammude ("we", "us", "the Platform"), operated by eeAIglobal, Bangalore, India. Nammude is an online marketplace at nammude.xyz that connects customers with independent, verified local service professionals ("Professionals") for home services, property maintenance, plantation work, elder assistance, home healthcare, and transport across Kerala, India. By using the Platform you agree to these Terms.

The service we provide

Nammude is a technology platform that facilitates discovery, booking, communication, and payment between customers and Professionals. Professionals are independent service providers, not employees of Nammude. While we verify identity and, for healthcare providers, professional credentials before listing anyone, the service itself is performed by the Professional, and the contract for the work is between the customer and the Professional.

Accounts and bookings

You register with your mobile number and a one-time code. You are responsible for activity on your account. Bookings are made against a saved property; fixed-price services are payable at booking, and quote-based services are payable after you approve the Professional's quote. All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR).

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking details. The Platform charges a service commission included in the price shown to you; the remainder is settled to the Professional. Customers paying with cards issued outside India are charged in INR, with any currency conversion handled by their card issuer.

Cancellations and conduct

Cancellation and refund handling is described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. You agree to treat Professionals with respect, provide safe access to the property, and use the Platform lawfully. We may suspend accounts for abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nammude's liability in connection with any booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka having jurisdiction.
